Every VELORA piece is handcrafted and made to order. Our production time is typically 18–23 business days. Shipping takes an additional 3–7 business days. Please allow approximately 25–30 business days for delivery.
At this time, all pieces are produced according to our standard craftsmanship timeline to ensure the highest quality standards.
Depending on your country, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local customs authorities.
Yes. All orders are shipped in secure and discreet packaging without references to jewelry or luxury items on the exterior.
We use trusted international carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS. All shipments are insured and securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and delivery updates.
Yes. Orders may be modified or canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After production begins, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed.
