At VELORA, every piece is handcrafted and made to order. We take great pride in the quality of our jewelry and want you to feel confident with your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 48 hours, production begins and we are unable to guarantee cancellations or modifications.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging

A 30% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Engraved jewelry
  • Final sale items
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
